Bay Laurel Oil Description:
Bay Laurel essential oil, is sometimes more commonly knows as Sweet Bay or Laurel Leaf. This wonderful oil is uplifting and rejuvenating.
How to Use Laurel Oil:
Most commonly used as a nerve tonic, Bay Laurel essential oil is known to be helpful when in a state of doubt and uncertainty. Gabriel Mojay ("Aromatherapy for Healing the Spirit") describes Bay Laurel as an essential oil that "...strengthens the Qi of the Heart and enhances one's presence of mind." He also recommends Bay oil specifically for those times when one needs enhanced concentration for study and learning.
Cautions:
Use bay essential oil in moderation and dilute well (max 0.5%) if using topically. Do not use with children age 5 and under. Not recommended during pregnancy.
